This time of the year is such a busy time! There doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to get every thing done. In my last post I said that I would give you the recipe for BLT salad so here it is. I hope you have had a chance to try the Bleu Cheese Dressing.
BLT Salad
1 1/2 cups lettuce, torn or sheddred
2 medium whole button mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons roasted sunflower seeds
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tomato, diced
2 oz. Bleu Cheese Dressing
2 oz. French Dressing
This makes a large salad. With a piece of Texas Toast, it makes a nice lunch. Or divide in two for a side salad.
